Honorable City Council
City of Saint Paul
Court House
St. Paul 2, Minnesota
The undersigned, being property owners of property adjoining or near the
proposed Mounds Playground object to the proposed playground for the reason that said
playground is to be installed in an area which is completely encircled by homes, which
is a poor location with inadequate access to the playground, and it would be dangerous
to children because it would be hidden and difficult to patrol.
Wherefore, we petition the Council to vote against the acquisition of
this property for the proposed playground.
