that the prior Resolution of this Council, C. F. No. 229489,
adopted July 14, 1966, pertaining to the award of contract
to Peter Lametti Construction Company for the construction
of a Sanitary Sewer, under Formal Bid No. 1887, be amended
so that the Engineering Charges, therein shown as 1113% of
$5,934.19" is corrected to read, "Engineering Charges
$5,934.19 ", said Resolution in all other respects to remain
in full force and effect.
