operators; and to perfo� m related work as assigned.
Examples of work performed:
To plan, assign, and supervise the work of keypunch
operators engaged in punching and verifying precoded
information on punch cards.
To review the work of keypunch operators for accuracy,
production, and efficiency.
To instruct new employees in methods and procedures.
To determine priority ford keypunch projects received
from various divisions and departments.
To make reports for the Electronic Data Processing
Supervisor.
Minimum qualifications:
High school graduation and three years' experience as a

Under supervision, to act as chief of party on important surveying
work in regard to engineering projects; and to, perform related
work as assigned.
Examples of work performed:
To be in charge of field parties engaged in surveying work in
connection with engineering projects.
To establish property lines and grades.
To locate roads, streets and construction projects.
To instruct the crews in the proper usage of instruments.
To supervise 'the writing of�field notes.
Minimum qualifications:
High school graduation and Iat least thirty credit hours in courses
acceptable towards basic engineering certificate as given by the
University of Minnesota (Certain courses may be substituted
for those required for tie basic engineering certificate; a list
of such substitute courses is maintained in the Civil Service
Bureau); and three years' experience as an Instrumentman or
equivalent. (No substi.t�tion for education. )
