_RESOLVED, That Kieffer Bros. Investment & Construction Co. Inc., owner
of subject premises, commonly known as Lot 8, Fulton Subdivision, City of
St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, hereby is granted a permit, pursuant to
their application therefor, to construct a driveway entrance not to exceed
.24 ft. in width, into a parking lot on the west side of Lexington Parkway
beginning approximately 556 ft. south of the property line on Randolph Ave.
and to thereafter maintain and operate the same as so constructed, subject
to said permittee's compliance with alyapplicable State Statues, City Ordi-
nances and rules and regulations of public authorities having cognizance.
