'Whereas, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be necessary in the Improvement
described as Resurfacing MARSHALL AVENUE from Arundel to Cathedral Place and Widening and
Resurfacing VESTERN AVENUE from Marshall to Carroll, Comptroller's Contract L -6845, McCree &
Company, Inc., Contractor, have been provided for in the Specifications, and
Whereas, It has been found necessary 'to make the following Additions and Deductions:

WESTERN AVENUE from Marsh &.11 Avenue to Carroll'Avenue. Contract No. L -6845
Whereas, The total addition is $1170.01land the Commissioner of Public Works has agreed
with the Contractor that the amount of $1170.01 is the correct sum to be added to said contract,
therefore be it a
Resolved, That the City of St. Paul thr ugh its City Council approves the foregoing
additions made in accordance with the Specifications in the sum of $1170.01, said amount to be
added to the lump sum consideration named in the contract, known as Comptroller's Contract No.
L -6845, which amount is to be financed from Bond Fund 7210- SE -17, $934.41 and $235.60 is to
be billed to Reiling Construction Company, 1397 Prior Avenue So. for driveway construction at
340 Marshall Avenue.
