An Appeal to construct the hospital on this property Was granted in August 1961. A Permit was granted for off - street parking approximately 500 cars in Februrary, 1964'on three different sites, North, South E West of * hospital property. B. ZONING IN ADJACENT AREAS: North is zone "C" Residence 6 Light Indus; Esst, across the freeway is Lt. Industry; and South, cross the freeway, Lt. Industrial; West, is Commercial & Lt. Industrial. C. DESIGN STANDARDS: Access to the parking area will be from the interior roadway of the hospital ,adequate maneuvering area a provided. The lot is to be surfaced with h bituminous surface. No setbacks or b fens are required for this facility. Drainage will be to catch basins on t e parking lot. Six inch high concrete curbing is provided. Driveway widths vary from 20 to 22' in width. D. FRONTAGE $ AREA: The hospital eite is anj irregularly shaped tract having street frontage along Jackson St. University Ave. & the now freeway. A total acres of of approximately 108,110 sq. ft. E.
