Marshall City Clerk Building Dear Sir: This is written in response to thelPetition of Fred Wessel to rezone from "A" Residence to Commercial property on..the north side of Annapolis Street between Robert Street and Livingston Avenue described as Lot 9, Block 3; Hornsby's Subdivision of Lot 7, Bidwell•'•s Addition to West St. Paul and that part of Block "G" West St. Paul Proper south of the north line of Belvidere Street. This matter was considered at the November 17, 1966 Board of Zoning meeting. The property has a frontage of 36 feet along Annapolis Street, an area of 4,270 square feet. The area zoning is as follows:, the frontage along Robert Streetis zoned Commercial as are the two adjoining lots to the East; the Southwest corner of LivingstonAvenue and Wyoming Street is zoned "C" Residence; and the rest of the area is zoned "A" Residence. The area uses are as follows: the Robert Street frontage north of Annapolis is developed with mixed residential and Commercial uses; South of Annapolis is Commercial develop- ment; and the rest of the area is predominately single - family with the exception of the recently constructed 8 -unit apartment on the southeast corner of Livingston Avenue and Wyoming Street. It was the findings of the Board that, it would be reasonable to rezone the property to Commercial since it would be an extension of the Commercial zoning and use to the east. Therefore, tt e Board recommends the Petition be granted and the-land rezoned to Commercial. NRH /mm Encl. Z.F. 6182 Very truly yours, N. R.
