RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that said
Council hereby approves, ratifies and adopts the action of its
Sinking Fund Committee in the approval by said Committee of the
deposit of collateral security by the Summit National Bank of the
City of Saint Paul, which bank has heretofore been designated a
depository of City funds,of the following described securities:
$50,000 -- U. S. Treasury Note „'4 1/4 %, due May 15, 1967;
$50,000 -- U. S. Treasury Note,l_5 5/8 %, due Feb.15, 1968;
$100,000 -- U. S. Treasury Note, 5 3/8 %, due Nov.15, 1971;
$50,000 -- U. S. Treasury Bill due March 22, 1967;
$1002000 -- U. S. Treasury Bill due June 8, 1967;

which securities have been placed on deposit with the Federal Reserve
Bank of Minneapolis as custodian for the treasury of the City of Saint
Paul, under and pursuant to the applicable statutes of the State of
Minnesota and applicable provisions of the Charter of the City of
Saint Paul relating to depositories of- public funds.
