PAUL OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK iCOUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM n .f ! r\ _ _ PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONI 231352 FILE NCIL NO WHEREAS., the City of Saint Paul and Cerny Associates, Inc., entered into an agreement on the 16th day of December, 1965, known as Comptrollers Agreement No. 1653, which was approved by the Council on December 5, 1965, Council File No. 226211, for certain architectural and engineering services in connection with the remodeling and reconstruction of a certain building at 1078 University Avenue in Saint Paul for the Department of'D13i?rs:,.;Aiatlo and Civic Buildings; and WHEREAS, it is now deemed advisable the Cerny Associates, ' Inc. provide additional servicesito the City of Saint Paul in connection with the remodeling and reconstruction of the building at 1078 University Avenue; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that additional compensation in the amount of $.990.95 be paid to Cerny Associates, Inc. for services rendered. During the course of the work under this agreement, the following change is being submitted at the request of the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium and Civic Buildings. Negotiations were conducted with the Architect, Cerny Associates who agreed to make the following change: Extra For Architectural service's for redesigning the complete building heating system, changing from electric heat to gas heating and furnishing new plans accordingly . . . . . . . . $990.95 It is requested that a resolution be submitted to the Council authorizing an extra in the amount of .$990.95 to Architectural Services Agreement No. 226211 to 'cove th above d cribed work.
