RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment
and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the purchase and removal of

the dwelling and the wrecking only of the garage and outhouse and the performance
of miscellaneous site work and clean up ati1339 Madison Street, Saint Paul,
Minnesota, to SEMPLE HOUSEMOVERS, INC. in accordance with City specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #2077 of said Semple Housemovers,
Bidder to pay City of Saint Paul $267.00, such bid being the highest, and said
Semple Housemovers being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor,
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
