Acquisition of permanent right-of-way and temporary construction easements will no longer be necessary in the azea neaz and along Prince Sueet east of Broadway Sh�eet in the Lowertown neighborhood of Downtown Saint Paul. The resolution specifically eliminates and exempts these properties (k j ed in the resolution) from all conditions established in the finai order authorizing the trail project and the acquisition ��roPer'{�r p;o('� � Advantapes if Approved: The properties no longer needed for the trail will be removed from the threat of eminent domain. DisadvanppeslfApproved: The City would have difficulty changing the trail alignment in the future to again include these exempted properties. Such an alignmen�y change, however, is highly unlikaly.
