WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota possesses a relatively small.
tract of vacant land at the southwest corner of St. Anthony and
Prior Avenues and legally described as:
Part of Lots 1 and 2. Block 7, Merriam Re- Arrangement
of Merriam Park (as to Blocks 7, 8, 91 10 & 16)
which it agrees to lease to the City of Saint Paul for twelve
months at a cost to the City of One Dollar ($1.00), the land to
be used for playground purposes; therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officers be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to execute Lease Agreement S.P. 6282(392)
902 * 90 -458, Parcel No. 71, 72 & 73 (pt.), for the lease of.said
land. -for a period of 12 months commencing _the first day of
December, 1966.
