RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation of the Purchasing Ccmmittee
and rejects all bids received for MERCURY VAPOR BALLASTS for the City of Saint Paul,
Department of Public Utilities,-Bureau of Lighting, Saint Paul, Minnesota, for the
reason that it will be more advantageous to the City of Saint Paul to buy luminaires
with integral ballasts. It is recommended that new bids be requested at a later date with
revised specifications.

to buy luminaires with integral ballasts.
