Whereas, The City Architect has requested the City Council
to hold a public hearing to consider the advisability and ne�es— .

Moss� Outlots in Holcombe�s Addition to Saint Paul, and in said

structu�e is r�ported to constitute a hazardous structure, and

property is Hilda E. Blomquist, and the following appears to have

Resolv.ed, That a public hearing be held by and before the
Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chambers of
the Court House And City Hall,. in said city at ten o�clock �►,M.
on Tuesday, October 18, 1966, to consider the advisability and
necessity of ordering the correction o�c wrecking and removal of
the structure on the above described property because said st�ucture
is reported to constitute a hazardous building and a hazard to
public health, safety and welfare, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Architect, on behalf of the
City Council, notify by mail the record owner of the property in
question at the last known address� as well as other intereste�l
