Also, the expenses of Mrs. Eileen Moulin and Mrs. �lice Drobac, Public Health Nurses, who have been assigned respectively to the Cervical Cancer Project and the Maternal Ca�re P•roject, will be refunded to the City from the federally assisted project grants. DEPARTMENT OF P�UBLIC UTILITIES A letter dated September 15, 1966, signed by Commissioner Bern�rd T. Holland requested: Increase Robert Youngman From C-$65 max. to C-$75 max. Eff. 10-1-66 This increase was requested because the �ir Pollution Division of the Public Utilities Department recently purchased a trailer and it is necessary that this trailer be moved about the City to various locations by one of their employees with his automobile.
