being described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of the South 1�2
of the Southwest 1��+ of Section 2, Township 28, Range 22� a distance of 567 feet West '
of the West line of Battle Creek Road� thence in a Northwesterly d3rection at an angle '
of �+0°30� to the right as measured from the Idorth ]3ne of the South 1�2 of the Southwest -
1��+ of said Section 2� a distance of 241.86 feet to a poi.nt; thence at an angle of
30°00' to the left a distance of 122.85 ft, to a point and there terminating.

The Commissioner of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount

from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
P�esolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.

,` fu-mation of the award of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said as-
': sessment of benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Cotirt House in the City of St. Paul on the
`Twenty-sixth day of October, 1g66 , at ten o'clock A.M. and that the Commis-
sioner of Finance be and he is directed to give notice of said helring as prescribed by the Charter.
