Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the application for a Permit by
Buckbee Mears to construct a 144 car parking lot on the west side
of Fairview Avenue between Thomas and LaFond Avenues, described as
S'ly. 200' of N.E. quarter of the N.W. quarter of Section 33 `
Township 29, range 23, lying northeasterly of Cottonwood Ave.
� that part of Lot 1 of Merrium•s Outlots, lying north of the
south line of Thoinas St. extended to Cottonwood Avenue.
This matter was considered_ at the August�;18, 1966 Board of Zoning
meeting. The staff reported that plans meet the design standard for
this type of facility and the traffic engi.neer has reviewed the plans
as to traffic and recommends approval. � Therefore, the Board of Zoning
recommends that the permi.t be granted.
