COMMISSIONER DATE -
WHEREAS, the Human and Civil Rights Commission on
September 20, 1966 voted to discharge its Executive Secretary,
Mr. Seth R. Phillips, effective October 15, 1966; and
WHEREAS, the concurrence of the Council is necessary for
such discharge to become effective, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint'Paul
hereby ratifies and consents to the discharge of-Mr'. Seth
R. Phillips as Executive Secretary of the Human and Civil
Rights Commission, effective October 15, 1966.
