COUNCIL RESOLWTION— GENERAL FORM
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey
County by resolution dated September 12, 1966, has classified
as nonconservation lands certain parcels.lying within the
limits of the City of Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification resolu-
tion, together with a list of the lands classified has been
submitted for approval of the classification and sale of the
lands classified, in accordance with MSA Section 282.01, sub.
1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the classification
of the lands shown on said list as nonconservation land and
the sale thereof be and hereby is approved;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the City Clerk be and
hereby is directed to file a certified copy of this resolu-
tion in the Office of the County Auditor.

VALUATION TECHNICIAN
Submitted herewith is a list of lands
which have forfeited to the State for nonpayment of taxes
and which have been classified as nonconservation lands
by the Board of County Commissioners. ,approval of the
classification and sale of the lands involved is required
by statute before the parcels can be offered for sale.
Letters of inquiry with reference to possible public use
have been addressed to the various City Departments. This
office will recommend to the Board of County Commissioners
that the parcels which are required for public use be
withheld from sale.
In order that the office of the Land
Commissioner may proceed with the appraisal and sale of
the remaining parcels, it is requested that the attached
resolution approving the classification and sale of the
parcels be approved.
