Marshall City Clerk Building Dear Sir: This is written in response to the application for a permit by St. Joseph's Hospital to develop a temporary 109 car parking lot on the northeast corner of Main and Ninth Streets, also described as Lots 5 through 8, Block 57, Irvine's Enlargement of Rice and Irvine's Addition. - This matter was considered at the August 4, 1966, Board of Zoning meeting. The staff reported the plans meet the design standards for this type of facility. The Traffic Engineer has , reviewed the plan as to traffic and recommends it for approval.
