Resolved, That upon the petition of
Victory Auto Park, Inc. that section
of public ground hereinafter described
be and the same hereby is vacated
and discontinued as a public ground:
That Dart of Block 20, Saint Paul
Proper, lying within the following
described lines: Beginning at a
point on the southwesterly line of
Block 20, Saint Paul Proper, 19.0
feet northwesterly from the south-
west corner thereof; thence north-
westerly along said southwesterly
line a distance of 7.0 feet; thence
easterly on a straight line to a
point 30 feet northwesterly from
the southeasterly line of said block
and 16.0 feet northeasterly of the
southwesterly line of said black;
thence southwesterly along a line
10 feet northwesterly from and
parallel to the southeasterly line•
of said Block 20, a distance of 4.0
feet; thence westerly along a

conditions and reservations:
1. That the vacation be described as
follows:

Paul Proper, lying within the fol-
lowing described lines: Beginning

2. That the vacation be subject to
the terms and conditions of Section
228 of the Legislative Code, as
amended, regulating the procedure
and prescribing conditions for the
vacation of public grounds, streets,
alleys and highways in the City of
Saint Paul.
3. That the petitioner provide for the
reconstruction of the curbing and
sidewalk at this intersection to
a;
radius of 19 feet in accordance with
the plan attaclied hereto marked
Exhibit B, the reconstruction ,work
to be performed to the satisfaction
of the Department of Public Works
and the costs for such work to be
borne by the petitioner.
4. That the petitioner pay to the
City the sum of $1,000 as compensa-
tion for the vacation and provide
the City with a bond in the amount
of $2,000,00.
