Dawson's Subdivision . of a Lot 11 of Bass' Addition of Outlots E to a line drawn from the northeast !� corner of Lot 10, Bass' Addition of Out Lots to the town of St. Paul, to the angle point in the southerly line of Lot 1, Block 12, Warren & Winslows Addition to the town of St. Paul, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey 'C o u n t y, Minnesota; also the north -south alley lying westerly of and adjacent to Wm. Dawson's Subdivision of Lot 11 of Bass' Addition of Outlots. subject expressly to the following con - ditions and reservations: E1. That the vacation be subject to all the terms and conditions of Section 228 of, the Legislative Code, as amended, regulating the procedure and prescribing conditions for the vacation of public grounds, streets, alleys and highways in the City of Saint Paul. - 2. That a specific easement be retained in Becker-Place to protect the exist- ing water. main and - fifteen inch, sewer with the dollowing specific requirements: a. The present grade to be main- tained within the easement area except where proposed plans are specifically approved by the Water Department and the Department of Public Works of the City of Saint Paul. b. No building construction to be Permitted within the easement area. 3. That a specific easement be retained in Becker Place to protect the in- terests of Northern States Power Company, 4. That the petitioner provide suitable access for egress and ingress to the existing garage located on Lot 1, Wm. Dawson's Subdivision -of Lot 11 of Bass' Addition of outlots. 5. That the petitioner pay to the City i the sum of $500 as compensation for . the vacation and provide the City with a bond in the amount of $1,000.00.
