RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Works is hereby
authorized to issue a use of sidewalk permit to Pacific Intermountain

Express for the purpose of placing a scale model, miniature truck upon
the public sidewalk on Kellogg` Boulevard in the area adjacent to and
immediately in front of the Saint Paul Hilton Hotel. The purpose of
said vehicle being so placed/ is in connection with a meeting of the
Minnesota Motor Transport Association Convention. Said permission is
granted for the 29th day of September, 1966, from 8 :00 a.m. to 8 :00 p.m.
Said Pacific Intermountain Express shall file in writing a consent to
have this said unit attended at all times while on the public sidewalk.
Further, said Pacific Intermountain Express shall file in writing a consent
to hold harmless the City of Saint Paul for any claims which may be filed
against the City of Saint Paul resulting from the granting of this permit.
