RESOLVED, That the Superior Oil Company, Lots 1 thru 5, Block 18, Bazille
and Roberts Addition to West St. Paul, St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, owner
of subject premises, hereby is granted a permit, pursuant to their application
therefor, to construct one 40 ft. driveway on the north side of Plato Ave. center
line of which is approximately 70 ft. west of the property line on Robert St. and
construct two 26 ft. driveways on the west side of Robert St. center lines of
which are approximately 72 ft. and 210 ft. north of the property line on Plato Ave.,
into a gasoline station, and to thereafter maintain and operate the same as so con-
structed, subject to said permittee's compliance with all applicable State Statutes,
City Ordinances and rules and regulations of public authorities having cognizance.
