the consent of the Comptroller, to purchase One New Melroe Model M -500
Bobcat and One Melroe Trailer SIN 22 -0013 from Tri State Machinery Company,
1400 West 79th Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota, at a cost of $49881.00,
less 90% rental paid previously in the amount of $1408.500 making a total
purchase price of $39473.50 without advertisement or competitive bids,
pursuant-to Section 290 of the Charter of the City of St. Paul as this is
a patented equipment.
