having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of St. Paul will
hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and
Court House at 10:00 a.m. on September 20, 1966, on the advisability
of proceeding with Preliminary Order 2292110 approved June 22, 19662
which proposes to:
Improve Sibley Street from Fourth Street to East Seventh Street, and
Fifth Street from Jackson Street to Sibley Street by re- constructing
the ornamental lighting system and by doing all other work which is
necessary and incidental to complete said improvement.
The estimated assessment is $1.1.90 per assessable foot, based on an
estimated cost of $11,278.00.
In order to acquaint interested property owners with the details of
this improvement, representatives of the Lighting Bureau and the
Finance Department will be available in the Council Chambers at
9:00 a.m., on the same day as the hearing.
