COMMISSIONER-
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul,
that pursuant to the request therefor contained in the letter
of the Saint Paul Charter Commission to the Council of the
City of Saint Paul dated August 31, 1966, over the signature
of Moritz J. Blomquist, Secretary of said Commission, copy of
which is hereto attached and incorporated herein by reference
as fully and completely as if set forth herein verbatim, that
the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby authorizes and
requests the City Comptroller to include in the City's Budget
for 1967 the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), necessitated
for the work of the Charter Commission in drafting and'-submitting
a proposed new City Charter for the City of Saint Paul.

The St. Paul Charter Commission respectfully requests that
there be included in the budget for the City of St. Paul for the
