in the City of Saint Paul, County of Ramsey, State
of Minnesota;
said award having been confirmed by Council File No. 182009,
approved March 20, 1957; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That a warrant be drawn for said sum of $229.73,
payable to E. J. Fitzgerald, Clerk of District Court, Second
Judicial District, Ramsey County, Minnesota, for the party or
parties entitled thereto.
