Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the
Northwestern Bell Telephone Company to make necessary excavations
for and to maintain underground and aerial plant with associated
(� laterals to intersecting streets and alleys.
On May Street between West Seventh And Alaska.
Work to be done under the direction of the Commissioner
of Public Works. The Te3e phone Company to pay the cost of publication
hereto.
The location of proposed plant to be subject to the approval
of the Public Works Department and the Board of Water Commissioners.
