FINAL ORDER IN CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
In the matter of opening, widening and extending HYACINTH AVE. to a width of 50 ft. from the
east line of Arkwright St. to the west line of DeSoto St. by taking and condemning the south 8.5 ft,
of Lots 21 and 22 and the north 8.5 ft. of Lot 16, all in J. W. Bass' Acre Lots and the north 8.5 ft
of Lots 1 and 8 in Block 1, Jaggard's Add. to the City of St. Paul.
Also opening, widening and extending CLARK ST. to a width of 66 ft. from the south line of
Hyacinth Ave. as proposed to be opened to the south line of Lot 16, J. W. Bass, Acre Lots by taking
and condemning the east 33 ft. of said Lot 16.
under Preliminary Order 223262 approved May 4, 1965
Intermediary Order 226688 approved January 11, 1966
A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is
Opening, widening and extending HYACINTH AVE. to a width of 50 ft. from the east line of Arkwright
St. to the west line of DeSoto St. by taking and condemning the south 8.5 ft. of Lots 21 and 22 and
the north 8.5 ft. of Lot 16, all in J, W. Bassi Acre Lots and the north 8,5 ft. of Lots 1 and 8 in
Block 1, Jaggard's Add. to the City of St. Paul.
Also opening, widening and extending CLARK ST. to a width of 66 ft. from the south line of
Hyacinth Ave. as proposed to be opened to the south line of Lot 16, J. W. Bass' Acre Lots by taking
and condemning the east 33 £t. of said Lot 16.
and the Council hereby orders said improvements to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lands or easements therein be and the same are
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of making said improvements, via.:

and condemning the east 33 ft. of said Lot 16.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and the proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to proceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.
