WHEREAS, a lack of available space exists in the City
Hall and Court House for the City Planning Department; and
- WHEREAS, H. Kretz Realty Co. of St. Paul has agreed to
rent, temporarily, Rooms 209 -210 in the Commerce Building, -Saint
Paul, to the City of Saint Paul from November 1966 through
April 30, 1967 at a cost to the City of $110.00 per month; and
WHEREAS, H. Kretz Realty Co. of St. Paul has further
agreed to rent Rooms 1007 -1022 in the Commerce Building to the
City Planning Board from May 1, 1967 through April 30, 1970 at
a cost to the City of $1150.00 per month; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to enter into a lease agreement with said H. Kretz
Realty Co. of St. Paul to lease said premises for the periods
and at the-compensation hereinbefore stated.
