' In the matter of condemning and taking a permanent easement on a strip of land 30 feet
_ in _width along the east side pf_Arundel, Street for the purpose -of const sting -and
maintaining a �ublic sewer on, under, across and-through the westerly 3' feet (except
f the south 240 feet) of that part of Lot 41, Cottage Homes, lying north of Test
Maryland Avenue, and on, under, across and through that portion of the Westerly 30
feet of Lot 28, Cottage Homes lying south of the existing sewer easement.
Also condemning and taking a temporary slope easement for sewer cover and lateral
support by constructing a partial embankment to a maximum elevation of 16_0.0 (city
datum) on a strip of land 15 feet in width on the east side of the above easement
located on Lots 41 and 28, Cottage Homes. The temporary slope easement to terminate
at such a time as the entire easement area is filled to a minimum elevation of 160.0.

1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which- the Council- recommends is

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 20th day of
December, 1966 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
