RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract - Committee therefor and
hereby awards contract to MINNESOTA LWMER & WRECKING CORP. for furnishing all labor,
materials and--services necessary for or reasonably.incidental • to the Wrecking of Frame
and Masonry apartment building and performance of miscellaneous site work and cleanup
located at 604 -608 South Robert Street, St. Paul, Minnesota, in accordance with City
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #2028 of Minnesota Lumber &
Wrecking Corp., City to pay Contractor $1500.00, such bid being the lowest and said
Minnesota Lumber & Wrecking Corp. being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
