Legal Des- cription is attached. This matter was considered at the October 6, 1966 Board of Zoning meeting. The staff reported the plan meets the design standards for this type facility and that the Traffic Engineer has reviewed the plan as to,traffic and recommends approval. The Traffic Engineer also recommends approval of two oversized driveways. Therefore, the Board of Zoning recommends the Permit be granted.
