RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering to the City of
St, Paul Water Department, Spur Track to be designated, approximately 3,300 lineal
feet of 16 -inch prestressed concrete cylinder pipe, Class 150, to INTERNATIONAL PIPE
AND CERAMICS CORPORATION, amount of contract being $23,232.00, in accordance With
City Specifications therefor and the Formal Bid #2021 of said International Pipe
and Ceramics Corporation, such bid being the lowest and said bidder being a
reasonable and reliable one and the Ccr poration Counsel be and hereby is directed
to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper City officials hereby
are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
