Subject.: 217 -219 McBoal Street
Gentlemen;
The following is a report of the Building Department on conditions
of the property known as 217 -219 McBoal Street. The owner of

Matt Miller may have an interest. The owner of record of 219 McBoal

The legal description of the property at 217 McBoal Street is,
Except the West 50 feet* the South 80 feet of Lot 8, Block 5,
Leach's Addition to Saint Paul. The legal description of the prop-
erty at 219 McBoal Street is, the South 80 feet of the West 50 feet
of Lot 8, Block 5, Leach4s Addition to Saint Paul.
Inspection was made October 25, 1966 and the following is the
inspector4s report on the property as described above. This prop-
erty is classified as a duplex of frame construction, two and one -
half stories in height, approximately 46 feet wide, 50 feet long
and 30 feet in height.
EXTERIOR
The exterior is in very poor condition. The mortar joints in the
brick veneer are eroded and crumbling, the outside porches, stair-
ways and railings are all dilapidated and rotted to the extent
that they are dangerous. There is evidence that the roof is leaking,
the cornice trim boards are rotted and in some areas falling off,
and the windows and doors are broken and hanging loose.
