WZAS, . State of Minnesota has proceeded in condem-
n it . on to acquire certain parcels of real estate in the City
of Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, to -w1t: The South
50 feet of the East 1/2 of Block 7, Rearrangement of Blocks
6 and 7, Central Park, and is willing to advance full payment
therefore, in the amount of $24,000.00, as is evidenced by
State Warrant No. 814643, in the aforesaid amount, made pgyable
to Elizabeth Ewen, Inc., County of Ramsey, and City of St. Paul;
and
WHEREAS, it affirmatively appears from the written report
of the Valuation Engineer to the Corporation Counsel that,
although sidewalks had been installed on said property, no
assessment for such had been levied at the time of the taking
and no lien perfected; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials may be and hereby
are authorized and directed to indorse State Condemnation Warrant
No. 814643, the said City of Saint Paul having no lien _or legal-:.
interest therein, but having been shown as a named payee thereon.
