WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Saint Paul did, by
resolution, Council File No. 230287, approved September 22,
1966, vacate that section of public ground described as:
The southwesterly 27.5 feet of Lot 6 and the
northeasterly 44.5 feet-of Lot 7, all in Block 6,
Irvine's Second Addition to Saint Paul, except
the northwesterly 14 feet thereof; ace.
subject to certain express conditions, and
WHEREAS, These conditions have now been satisfied by the
petitioner; be it
RESOLVED, That upon the recommendation of the City Committee
on Lands, the proper city officers are hereby authorized and `
directed to execute a quitclaim deed, a .copy of rnthi-ch is
attached hereto and made a part hereof, conveying that certain
tract of land as described above to the petitioner for the
vacation, Rose Lombardi.

public ground described as:
The southwesterly 27.5 feet of Lot 6 and the north-
easterly 44.5 feet of Lot 7, all in Block 65
Irvine's Second Addition to Saint Paul, except the
northwesterly 14 feet thereof; ace.
subject to certain conditions.
These conditions of the vacation have now been satisfied
by the petitioner; and, therefore, we, the Committee on
Lands, do recommend to the Council of the City of Saint
Paul that it authorize and direct the proper city officers
to convey the said lands by quit claim deed to the peti-
tioner, Rose Lombardi.
