In the matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on the north side
of Kellogg Blvd. from Wabasha St. to Cedar St. together with all
areaways, coal - holes, trapdoors, tunnels and other underground
facilities of every-description, under Preliminary Order No. 204794,
approved November 15, 1961, and Final Order No. 206714, approved
April 10, 1962.
RESOLVED, That all orders in the above matter be and the
same are hereby cancelled, annulled and rescinded$ and all
proceedings in such matter discontinued.
