Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the Northwestern
Bell Telephone Company, to make necessary excavation to place buried
telephone plant on Case Avenue from Hazel Street to Edgewater Boulevard.
Work to be done under the direction of the - Commissioner of Public Works.
The Telephone Company to pay for the cost of publication incident hereto.
Vocation of proposed plant to be subject to the approval of the Public
Works Department and Board of Water Commissioners.
