Seventh St. frontage is zoned Commercial, the rest of the area is zoned industrial. C. DESIGN STANDARDS. This is an existing operation & there will be no changes in curb cuts or the surfacing. The only changes under this reconstruction will be the new location of the two gasoline pump islands. The rest of the facility meets all of the design standards for setback, drainage & curbing & driveway widths. D. FRONTAGE & AREA: This rectangular -tract has a frontage of 162.49' along E. Seventh St. & 154' along both Rosab.el & Broadway Sts. resulting in an area of 16,336 Sq. Ft. E. TRAFFIC ENGINEER.
