WHEREAS, Registered Bill No. 3 -4836 has been issued in the
amount of $121.67 and a dispute exists as to the amount of damage caused
the City, and both the City and the parties involved are desirous of
resolving their differences; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are authorized to accept
$97.34 in full compromise settlement of the bill and to cancel the balance.
