An ordinance amending Ordinance No.
13447, Council File No. 230405, approved
October 20, 1966.
WHEREAS, The City Council, by Ordinance No. 13447,
C. F. No. 230405, approved October 20, 1966, granted permission
and authority to Twin City Iron and Wire Company to construct a
retaining wall on certain property owned by the City, as more
fully described in said ordinance; and
WHEREAS, Provision pertaining to the maintenance of
said retaining wall by said Twin City Iron and Wire Company
was inadvertently omitted therefrom; now, therefore,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 13447, C. F. No. 230405,
approved October 20, 1966, granting permission and authority to
Tvin City Iron and Wire Company,'35 West Water Street, Saint Paul,
Minnesota, to construct a retaining wall on certain property owned
by the City of Saint Paul, as more particularly described therein,
be and the same is hereby amended by adding the following to
Section 1 of said ordinance:
"Twin City Iron and Wire Company expressly
agrees to maintain said retaining wall in good
condition, at its sole cost and expense, until
such time as said retaining wall is removed
therefrom."
Section 2. The effectiveness of this ordinance shall
be conditioned on Twin City Iron and Wire Company filing its
written acceptance thereof with the City Clerk within fifteen (15)
days after its passage; and upon the filing of said acceptance,
this amending ordinance shall be deemed a part of said Ordinance
No. 13447, C. F. 230405, approved October 20, 1966.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty (30) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication. ..

WHEREAS, The City Council by Ordinance No. 13447
C. F. No. 230405, approved October 26 19669 granted permission
and authority to Twin City Iron and Wire Company to construct a
retaining wall on certain property owned by the City, as more
fully described in said ordinance; and
WHEREAS Provision pertaining to the maintenance of
said retaining wall by said Twin City Iron and Wire Company
was inadvertently omitted therefrom; now, therefore,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 13447, C. F. No. 230405,
approved October 20 1966, granting permission and authority to
Bain City Iron and Wire Company 35 West Water Street, Saint Paul,
Minnesota, to construct a retaining wall on certain property owned
by the City of Saint Paul, as more particularly described therein,
be and the same is hereby amended by adding the following to
Section 1 of said ordinance:
"Twin City Iron and Wire Company expressly
agrees to maintain said retaining wall in good
condition, at its sole cost and expense, until
such time as said retaining wall is removed
therefrom."
Section 2. The effectiveness of this ordinance shall
