RESOLUTION- GENERAL FORM PRESENTED COMMISSIi COUNCIL 230 85 FILE NO. — WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul is acquiring additional property in Ramsey County for the improvement and expansion of the supply of water serving the City of Saint Paul; and, WHEREAS, An independent appraiser has been appointed by the Board of -Water Commis- sioners of the City of Saint Paul, with the approval of the City Council; and, WHEREAS, Said appraiser has negotiated for the purchase of parcels of land described in Board resolutions numbered 1198, 2001 and 2003, adopted October 28, 1966, copies of which are attached hereto and made part hereof; and the Board having approved such purchase as being practical and expedient for the following maximum valuations: Parcel 1 - $13,800.00 Parcel 2 - 3,500.00 Parcel 3 -- 1,625.00 Parcel 7 - 9,500.00; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby approve said action of said Board of Water Commissioners. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Board of Water Commissioners, that for the purpose aforesaid and with the approval of the Honorable City Council, the proper officers of the Board shall be and they hereby are authorised and directed to pay from the Water Department Operating Fund to William and Alice Frahm, upon furnishing by then to the office of the Corporation Counsel, proper evidence of record title to the roperty described as follower Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6, Block S, St. Aubin and Dion's Addition to the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, and to Joseph J. sad Minnie L. Zrust, upon furnishing by them to the Corporation Ommsil, proper evidence of record title to the property described as follows: Lots I and 2, Block 10, St. Aubin and Dion's Addition to the City of St. Paul, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proper officers are hereby authorised and directed to accept a Warranty Deed executed by William and Alice Frahm, and a Warranty Deed executed by Joseph J. and Minnie L. Zrust, and thereupon to pay to said parties the amounts of $3,500.00 to William and Alice Frahm, and $1,625.00 to Joseph J. and Minnie L. Zrust.
