The Council of the City of Saint Paul did, by resolution C.F. 229627,
approved July 27, 1966, vacate that section of public ground described
as:
Lot 2, Block 5, Boulevard Addition No 32
subject to certain conditions.
These conditions of the vacation have now been satisfied by the
petitioners and, therefore, we, the Committee on Lands, do recommend
to the Council of the City of Saint Paul that it authorize and direct
the'proper city officers to convey the said lands by quit claim deed
to the petitioners, Elsie M. Morberg and Helen A. Schroeder.
