WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul condemned and took the
property located at 464 Jackson Street, pursuant to C.F.
227645, dated March 11, 1966; and
WHEREAS, The City of St. Paul entered into an agree-
ment with the General Tire and Rubber Company setting forth
conditions allowing said company to retain temporary pos-
session of the premises, per C.F. 229405, dated July 7,
1966;
NOW, TEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That paragraph two (2)
of C.F. 229405, dated July 7, 1966, which reads: 2) That
the General; -Tire and Rubber Company pay to the City of St.
Paul the.sum of $425.00. . *, be amended to read 2) That
the General Tire -and Rubber Company pay to the City of
St. Paul the sum of $850.00 . . .*
