`Whereas, An addition which might prove to be necessary in the Improvement
described as the COLLEGE PLe�.CE ADDITION STORM SEFTER, Comptroller's Contract
L-6860, F. Morettini Construction Company, Contractor, has been provided for in
, the Specif ications, and
�r]hereas, It has been found necessary to make the following Addition:
ADD IT IQN
The existing catch basin at the northeast corner of Taylor Avenue and
Pascal Street is to be connected toi the new storm sewer, involving the fol-
lowing additional work:
Furnish and Install reinforced concrete pipe catch basin lead, "
Class 4 - 10 lin. ft. @ $5.75 = Total Addition $57.50

has agreed with the Contractor that the amount of $57.50 is the correct sum to
be added to 'said contract, therefore be it
Resolved, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approved the
foregoing addition made in accordance, with the Speci•fications in the sum of $57.50,
�/ said amount to be added to the lumn sum consideration named in tlie contract, known
as Comptroller's L-6860, and which additional amount to be financed from City�s
_ share of Local Improvement Code - 0920-701.
