Condemn and take a permanent sewer easement 30.0 feet in width for the purpose,
' of constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under, across and through
�property owned by the Northern Paci.fic Railway Company and in the S.E. �, Section -
28, Township 29N, Range 22W and S.W. '�, Section 28, Township 29N, Range 22W, the
centerline of said easement being described as follows:
Beginning at a point that is the intersection of the centerlines of York Avenue
and Frank Street; 'thence, in a southwesterly direction a distance of 224.57 feet
