approved July 21, 1966, the City of Saint Paul negotiated a

Government Lot 7, Seetion 6, Township 28, Range 22, more fully

WHEREAS, the property described therein is necessary for •
Flood Control facilities at a negotiated price of $13,736.50;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLSTED, That in exchange for a conveyance from American
Hoist & Derrick Company of a permanent easement for the construction,
