Marshall City Clerk Dear Sir: We are attaching a copy of Council File No. 230724 approVed by the Council November 3, 1966, published in the official paper on November 5, 1966. • This has reference to the property at 132 Granite Street, more particularly described as the West one-half of Lot 4, Block 4, Edmund Rice' s Second Addition to the City of St. Paul, owned by Julius F. Kuether, c/o Herbert Kuether, Route #l, Faribault, Minnesota, and the contract purchaser Frank J. Medema, 319 Forest Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota and confirms the expense incurred by the City in the condem- nation and wrecking of the dangerous structure thereon, which amounted to $521.54.
